Global healthcare is in a crisis.

Global healthcare is in a crisis.

Yet from crisis can flow magnificent opportunity.

For the early pacesetters in the “Smart Healthcare” revolution, this time has come.

Such a ground-breaking approach promises to transform patient care and medical supply the world over.

As populations age, traditional healthcare providers are becoming increasingly overwhelmed.

There are simply not enough doctors and nurses to cope with demand, and money is running out.

Supply chain inefficiencies and medicine misuse are compounding the pressure.

The old ways of working are failing to keep pace with modern needs.

The situation was already acute before the Coronavirus struck.

Now that we are in a global economic lockdown, it is much worse.

Where exactly do we go from here?

Well, Smart Healthcare will lead the way.

The vision is clear – to empower patients to take more responsibility for their health, to test and track their progress and, above all, to treat themselves.

As various technologies have become more powerful, more miniaturized, and cheaper to produce, it has become possible to connect people, treatments, and medical facilities like never before.

Smart Healthcare will allow ordinary people to take a more proactive ‘hands-on’ approach to their health.

The cost savings will be immense.

We have already seen an explosion in mobile smart gadgets and health apps that can track daily wellbeing. Meanwhile, in the professional medical field, there has been a huge, parallel uptake in digitized interventions.

The next epic wave in this digital revolution will see personal and professional solutions collide in a tsunami of micro diagnostic and measuring devices.

But how will pioneering companies overcome the limitations, complexity and cost currently associated with mobile technologies?

How will they create devices small and simple enough to be effective on a global scale?

Enter the exciting field of printed electronics.

READ OUR SPECIAL REPORT to discover how Ynvisible’s printed electronics are set to transform the world around you (TSXV: YNV │OTCQB: YNVYF│1XNA:GR)

You might not have heard of printed electronics, but this technology will be at the forefront of the Smart Health mega-trend.

Manufacturers can now “print” paper-thin, flexible electronic displays that have sufficient power to act as communication devices.

Amazingly, the cost of doing so is low enough to enable the mass-production of hundreds of millions – or even billions – of units.

The enormous potential for this technology spans many sectors.

However, printed electronics could play a particularly decisive role in the Smart Healthcare revolution.

With its range of patented and proprietary electronic inks, Ynvisible Interactive Inc. (TSXV: YNV │OTCQB: YNVYF│1XNA:GR) is in pole position to become one of the biggest winners in this next multi-billion dollar industry.

This company already has an overflowing sales pipeline, full of some of the world’s largest and most recognised brands.

Ynvisible’s technology is so cutting-edge that these leads are kept under the strictest secret, until the prototypes are ready for mass-market distribution. Once they break from cover, the world around us will never be the same again.

VIDEO PITCH –The game-changing deal with Identiv for Ynvisible (TSXV: YNV │OTCQB: YNVYF1XNA:GR)

Watch this video pitch to learn how Ynvisible’s market-leading printed electronic displays deliver a vital competitive edge

In December 2019, Ynvisible secured its first major go-to-market development partnership with Identiv (NASDAQ:INVE).

This $52.5 million firm is a global supplier of physical security and secure identification.

Globally, Identiv boasts more than 5,000 customers. Major clients include the US federal government and some of the largest players in the health, transportation, education, and commercial sectors.

Among Identiv’s key product lines are cold-chain offerings like temperature trackers and contactless smart card readers. Traditionally, data from sensors is stored and read by mobile devices or uploaded to the cloud for analytics and remediation.

However, thanks to advances in printed electronics, it is now possible to print “Smart Labels” that perform the entire role immediately and on-site.

To this end, Identiv chose Ynvisible as its development partner to upgrade its uTrust Sense temperature trackers.

Using Ynvisible’s electronic inks, Identiv can now print smart labels that track temperatures directly and give instant readings “in the field”.

The uTrust Sense temperature tracker is activated when temperature readings exceed or fall below defined ranges.

For the transportation of valuable and perishable medicines and medical goods this is extremely important.

Drugs or supplies like blood bags that have not been shipped in the right temperature conditions can be rendered unusable and wasted. This is a common problem across the sector. Printed electronic devices, such as the uTrust Sense temperature tracker, provide a highly cost-effective solution at scale.

From Smart Labels to wearable diagnostic devices – the $300 billion Smart Healthcare opportunity for Ynvisible’s electronic inks (TSXV: YNV │OTCQB: YNVYF1XNA:GR)

The adoption of Smart Healthcare technology is accelerating.

Specialized micro-sensors and smart devices are being deployed to create end-to-end treatment platforms at an astonishing rate.

A report from leading investment bank Goldman Sachs forecasts that these innovations, combined with other mobile technology, will save the United States alone over $300 billion a year in healthcare costs.

To give a real-world example, consider the treatment for diabetes.

There are currently 415 million diabetics around the world. The number of sufferers is forecast to grow to 640 million by 2040.

The treatment of diabetes has become one of the global healthcare system’s greatest burdens.

Insulin, the hormone required to manage diabetes, is notoriously difficult to transport. It spoils easily if not kept in the right temperature conditions, and has a limited shelf life.

Products like the uTrust Sense temperature tracker can help to ensure the safe transportation and storage of insulin, but what about ongoing treatment?

For most diabetic patients, their condition is relatively straightforward.

Equipped with simple-to-use devices, the majority should rarely need to visit a doctor. However, until such devices become widely availably they will continue to take up a disproportionately high amount of medical attention.

As part of the Smart Healthcare revolution, printed electronics offers a range of potential remedies.

Traditional monitoring equipment, which continuously measures glucose and regulates insulin intake, is expensive to produce and reserved for those most at risk.

However, discrete printed electronic patches could very soon provide a low-cost and highly-effective alternative to this outdated technology.

In fact, the potential applications for printed electronic patches extend far beyond the needs of diabetics alone.

New designs are already emerging for monitoring heart rates, body temperature, dehydration, and various other indicators of a patient’s wellbeing.

This is happening so rapidly, that it is quite possible to imagine a point when printed electronic patches suddenly appear on the arms of hundreds of millions of people around the planet. You wouldn’t even notice it happen.

Market reporter IDTechEx forecasts that the market for electronic skin patches will grow from $6 billion in 2019 to $10 billion by 2024. It also predicts the overall medical wearables market to double between 2019 and 2024 to $19.7 billion.

Given the elegance and simplicity of wafer-thin, flexible printed electronic solutions, this presents an incredible opportunity for Ynvisible (TSXV: YNV │OTCQB: YNVYF1XNA:GR) and its market-leading inks for electronic display printing.
