Graphite One Inc. continues to develop its Graphite One Project (the “Project”), with the goal of becoming an American producer of high-grade anode active materials that is integrated with a domestic graphite resource.

The Project is proposed as a vertically-integrated enterprise:

• Mining at the Graphite Creek property — known as the largest known flake graphite resource in the United States, and is among the largest in the world.

• Natural graphite processing — advanced facility with exclusive license to patented processing technologies.

• Artificial graphite manufacturing — duplicated commercial plant design and expanding the supply chain solution.

• Anode active material (AAM) manufacturing — capturing the downstream economic upside of graphite.
