Strategy successfully raised a total of $544.5 million through the sale of 5.4 million Class A shares via its at-the-market program during the week ending July 26. This move illustrates the company's strategic decision to enhance its liquidity while foregoing new Bitcoin purchases, leading to an increase in its US dollar reserves to an impressive $3.75 billion.

In addition to this capital raise, Strategy also made a selective repurchase of its preferred stock, acquiring 288,930 shares for $25 million. Notably, there were no repurchases of its common stock or other preferred securities during this period.
