By Richard Mason

Two Shields Investments (LSE:TSI) is an AIM-quoted investment company working to build a high-quality portfolio of investments in fast-growing and scalable digital and technology-enabled businesses.

The company has appointed an experienced board of directors with a proven pedigree in the origination, acquisition, development & sale of projects and creating value for shareholders.

The investment mandate covers unquoted and quoted businesses, as well as direct project investments.

Where appropriate, the board will apply its extensive combined experience to directly support investee businesses in achieving their growth potential.

In the video below from Visual News Services, Two Shields’ non-exec chairman Andrew Lawley talks us through the company’s announcement earlier this week, which saw it update shareholders on its 7.57pc-owned investment firm WeShop.

Meanwhile, we also spoke to the organisation’s non-executive director John Taylor, who runs through his career and why he was so keen to get involved with Two Shields.
